SECTION 27 DURATION
A. This Agreement will become effective on the date hereof and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years and will renew itself without change each succeeding year thereafter unless written notice of intended change is served by either party in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, at least sixty (60) days prior to the date hereof.
