Omni Air International Was founded in 1983 and operates mostly flights for the Military Air Mobility Command (AMC).  Omni also operates many charter flights for Sports Teams and occasional charters for tour companies.

Omni has been contracted by Boyd Gaming to provide year round charter fights 6 days a week between Las Vegas and Honolulu.  Below is the Hawaii Schedule:  Omni uses a DC-10 with 355 seats and a B757 with 194 seats on the LAS-HNL route.
